- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆On budget and faster than we can believe. We are more than pleased and very happy. Mike and his teams transformed a horrid, dark side access route into a light and airy, single storey extension. The kitchen, utility room, bathroom, and bedroom have all been finished off with care and to a high standard. There was an expected difficulty with footings but this experienced team just set to and seamlessly dealt with it; working alongside the Building Engineer all the way. We needed disabled access, so the team fitted ramps, handrails, and low lip exits, taking care to keep corridors wide and level. They even extended our patio area, so there is much improved access to the back garden. We were very worried about having building work done but Mike held our hands all the way. He talked us through what was going to happen and when, and was always available when we had questions. After this experience, we now wish that we had done this years ago. There is an impressive level of orchestration, and attention to detail, with everything Mike does. A huge thank you to everybody who was involved.By Admin, June 08, 2017
