- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Sales service as you would expect from a company trying to get what was in our case a £25,000 order but beware! We had to suffer a very arrogant project manager on site in the first instance and then when we had major problems with our installation they were very reluctant to deal with them. Lack of response to our emails & letters regarding these major issues was very frustrating. They had a complete lack of respect for us their customer but eventually after over a year, the Director authorised the complete replacement of our bi-fold doors but he seems to have completely ignored the small outstanding issue that remains. Would definitely NOT recommend them - choose a more professional company as we will in future.By Admin, February 14, 2018
